مرحباً بك في منصة GrowLeap (المشار إليها بـ "المنصة" أو "نحن" أو "الخدمة"). تُدار المنصة بواسطة شركة GrowLeap، وهي شركة مسجلة في المملكة العربية السعودية. باستخدامك للمنصة، فإنك توافق على الالتزام بهذه الشروط والأحكام.
2. وصف الخدمة
توفر GrowLeap منصة إلكترونية لإدارة وتتبع الحملات الإعلانية الرقمية عبر منصات متعددة تشمل:
- Google Ads
- Facebook و Instagram (Meta)
- Snapchat Ads
- TikTok Ads
- YouTube Ads
تتضمن الخدمة لوحة تحكم تحليلية تعرض بيانات الأداء مثل المشاهدات، النقرات، التكلفة، ومعدل النقر. كما قد تتضمن المنصة عرض إعلانات من عملاء GrowLeap ضمن لوحات التحكم.
3. التسجيل والحساب
للوصول إلى خدمات المنصة، يجب عليك إنشاء حساب وتقديم معلومات دقيقة. أنت مسؤول عن:
- الحفاظ على سرية بيانات تسجيل الدخول الخاصة بك
- جميع الأنشطة التي تتم تحت حسابك
- إبلاغنا فوراً في حالة أي استخدام غير مصرح به
- تقديم معلومات صحيحة ومحدّثة عند التسجيل
4. الاستخدام المقبول
تلتزم بعدم استخدام المنصة في أي أنشطة غير قانونية أو مخالفة لهذه الشروط:
- عدم محاولة الوصول غير المصرح به إلى أي جزء من المنصة
- عدم استخدام المنصة لأغراض احتيالية أو ضارة
- عدم نسخ أو توزيع أو تعديل أي محتوى بدون إذن كتابي
- عدم استخدام أدوات آلية (bots) للوصول إلى المنصة
- عدم التدخل في عمل المنصة أو محاولة تعطيلها
5. الإعلانات
قد تعرض المنصة إعلانات من أطراف ثالثة ضمن لوحة التحكم. باستخدامك للمنصة، فإنك توافق على:
- عرض الإعلانات ضمن واجهة لوحة التحكم
- أن GrowLeap ليست مسؤولة عن محتوى الإعلانات من أطراف ثالثة
- أن التفاعل مع الإعلانات يتم على مسؤوليتك الخاصة
6. البيانات والخصوصية
نحن نحترم خصوصيتك ونتعامل مع بياناتك وفقاً لسياسة الخصوصية الخاصة بنا.
7. الملكية الفكرية
جميع حقوق الملكية الفكرية المتعلقة بالمنصة — بما في ذلك التصميم، الكود البرمجي، العلامات التجارية، والشعارات — هي ملك لشركة GrowLeap. لا يحق لك نسخ أو تعديل أو توزيع أي جزء من المنصة بدون إذن كتابي مسبق.
8. إخلاء المسؤولية
تُقدَّم المنصة "كما هي" و"حسب التوفر". لا تضمن GrowLeap:
- أن الخدمة ستكون متاحة دون انقطاع أو خالية من الأخطاء
- دقة البيانات بنسبة 100%، حيث تعتمد على APIs المنصات الإعلانية
- تحقيق نتائج تسويقية محددة من استخدام المنصة
9. تعديل الشروط
نحتفظ بالحق في تعديل هذه الشروط في أي وقت. سيتم إشعارك بالتغييرات الجوهرية عبر البريد الإلكتروني أو من خلال إشعار في المنصة.
10. إنهاء الخدمة
يحق لـ GrowLeap تعليق أو إنهاء حسابك إذا انتهكت هذه الشروط أو استخدمت المنصة بطريقة ضارة أو طلبت إنهاء حسابك.
11. القانون المعمول به
تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين المملكة العربية السعودية. أي نزاع ينشأ يُحال إلى الجهات القضائية المختصة في المملكة.

GrowLeap provides a digital platform for managing and tracking advertising campaigns across multiple platforms including:
- Google Ads
- Facebook & Instagram (Meta)
- Snapchat Ads
- TikTok Ads
- YouTube Ads
The service includes an analytics dashboard displaying performance data such as impressions, clicks, spend, and CTR. The platform may also display advertisements from GrowLeap clients within dashboards.
3. Registration & Account
To access the Platform's services, you must create an account and provide accurate information. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
- All activities conducted under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
- Providing accurate and up-to-date information during registration
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Platform for any illegal or prohibited activities, including:
- Unauthorized access to any part of the Platform or its systems
- Using the Platform for fraudulent or harmful purposes
- Copying, distributing, or modifying any content without written permission
- Using automated tools (bots) to access the Platform
- Interfering with or attempting to disrupt the Platform
5. Advertisements
The Platform may display third-party advertisements within your dashboard. By using the Platform, you agree to:
- The display of advertisements within the dashboard interface
- That GrowLeap is not responsible for third-party advertisement content
- That interaction with advertisements is at your own risk
6. Data & Privacy
We respect your privacy and handle your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
7. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights related to the Platform — including design, source code, trademarks, and logos — are owned by GrowLeap. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Platform without prior written permission.
8. Disclaimer
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available." GrowLeap does not guarantee:
- That the service will be uninterrupted or error-free
- 100% data accuracy, as it depends on advertising platform APIs
- Specific marketing results from using the Platform
9. Modification of Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. You will be notified of material changes via email or platform notification.
10. Termination
GrowLeap may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, use the Platform harmfully, or request account termination.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes shall be referred to the competent judicial authorities in the Kingdom.
